- Provide regular updates to clients and handle any issues or changes.
4. Construction & Craftsmanship
- Manage site preparation, foundation, framing, and structural work.
- Oversee the installation of systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Supervise interior and exterior finishes: cabinetry, flooring, paint, landscaping, etc.
- Ensure every detail reflects the client’s vision and meets high-quality standards.
5. Client Experience & Communication
- Maintain transparent communication throughout the project.
